Download and complete the PDF form, then email the saved version to stjosephshawerajubilee@gmail.com or print and return it to the Parish / School Office at 32 Victoria Street, Hāwera 4610.

If you wish to attend any events, you are required to purchase a $10.00 150th Celebration Registration.
The registration fee helps to cover the costs of running the entire event, as well as an Event Lanyard, Event Booklet & 150th Celebration Souvenir.
